Who runs this website

Bookings and operation of the experiences

Patagonia Photo Journey experiences are operated by ON Patagonia Adventures, a licensed travel agency (EVyT Leg. 19642), which confirms availability, issues the booking, takes payment and invoices. When you book, your contract is with ON Patagonia Adventures.

Published prices are in US dollars and apply to the 2026/27 season. Availability and the final price are confirmed when the booking is issued.

Cancellations and changes

All experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start. Times are approximate and may be adjusted for weather, the group's pace or the day's operations. If the weather prevents a departure, it is rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full, as stated on each experience's page.

Photographs and copyright

The photographs and texts on this website are protected by Argentina's Intellectual Property Law 11,723. They may not be copied, reproduced or used, in whole or in part, without written permission.

Your photographs

The photos you receive during an experience are for your personal use. They are only used for promotion with the consent of the people who appear in them, as required by Article 53 of Argentina's Civil and Commercial Code.

Accuracy of information

We keep this information up to date, but times, routes and conditions may change for operational or weather reasons, or by decision of the National Park authorities. In case of any discrepancy, what ON Patagonia Adventures confirms when issuing the booking prevails.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.
