Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we receive, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.

Data controller

What data we receive

This website has no user accounts and does not store forms on a server. We only receive the data you choose to send us:

• When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email: your name, your number or email address, and whatever you include in your message.
• When you fill in the form for agencies: on sending, your email app or WhatsApp opens with the details you entered, and you are the one who sends the message.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, manage your booking and coordinate the experience, including delivering your photos. We do not use it to send you advertising without your consent.

Who we share it with

With ON Patagonia Adventures (EVyT Leg. 19642), which operates the experiences, issues bookings and invoices, only as far as needed to do so. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and booking, and then for the period required by legal, accounting or tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, update or delete your data by writing to reservas@acharezfotografiaenpatagonia.com.

Data subjects may exercise their right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, under Article 14(3) of Law 25,326.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights have been affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

Security

We handle your data with reasonable security and confidentiality measures.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page.
